It would not make sense unless they completely revamped the system. So if you are sitting waiting for a change to the fishing system to let you craft rods or spear/harpoon fish, I am extremely doubtful it will happen. RDR2 probably has the best fishing in any game that is not specifically centered around it, and that’s not to say I expect that much detail in this game, but it has a long way to go… Fishing is extremely bare bones as is, I can’t think of any reason why anybody would find Valheim’s version of fishing “enjoyable” in any sense lol.
